Do I really need a vision board?

In order to manifest something new, you've got to be absolutely clear on what you want. It’s not always that easy though, because if we have never had that thing before, it can be difficult to imagine our life with it. Vision boards are a super tool but only if the finished product aligns with you; lights you up emotionally; brings you a feeling of joy and confidence that you can achieve it.

In this workshop, I help you prepare for your vision board by using your subconscious mind to get a clear and focused vision of what you most want to change and give you clarity on how it will look and feel when you've achieved it. 

In the guided meditation you'll explore your ‘why’, which is all-important to find words that resonate with your mission which you can add to your board. I'll share with you my creativity tips in an instructional video on how to design your own vision board and then, the all-important second audio that will allow you to see yourself in the future you want to create.
